I was running around with my hair on fire while Jack felt
he was underutilized in his new role.
The obvious solution was for him to join me
in real estate, which he did in 1995. It didn’t take
long for us to realize that our two personalities, two sets
of talents and just two of everything worked better than one.
A dream team was born and it continues to grow today.
Whether it’s work, entertaining, tennis,
cooking, skiing, working out or participating in church activities,
Jack and I always give anything we do our best. We constantly
strive to improve and raise our clients’ expectations.
As Jack likes to say, “If you’re not improving,
you’re deteriorating.” In keeping with our zest
for life, Jack and I believe in enjoying each day to the fullest.
In our business, that means that every real
estate transaction that we handle should not only be rewarding,
but fun as well. Our philosophy is simple: Take care of people
and the business will take care of itself. It appears to have
worked. In 1997 and 1998 we were the top RE/MAX agents in
Colorado Springs. In 1999, we took the plunge and started
our own company, Gloriod and Associates.
