Teresa Masar
As a member of the administrative team,
Teresa is responsible for coordinating the entire contract
process, including scheduling inspections, appraisals,
tracking contingencies, insuring the completion of compliance
forms and facilitating communication with buyers, sellers
and title companies. Teresa has been a member of the Becky
Gloriod Tteam since 1999.

Nikki Reichert
Nikki is responsible for marketing, including
print advertising, brochures and web sites. She directs
all aspects of marketing for each client property, including
scheduling photography, virtual tours and newspaper
and magazine advertising. Nikki joined the team in 2009.
