In August of 1999, Becky opened Gloriod & Associates. Since 2001, The Becky Gloriod Partners have consistently closed over $24 million in sales volume per year, and in 2021 & 2022 combined, they closed $46 million in sales volume. Becky went on to open a new Prudential franchise known as Prudential Rocky Mountain Realtors in 2009, which has grown into Berkshire Hathaway Rocky Mountain, REALTORS, with 47 quality brokers.

Becky has been consistently recognized as one of the Top 5 Pikes Peak Real Estate Agents since 1998, has been the #1 real estate agent in the Southwest Colorado Springs and Broadmoor area since 1995, and was Pikes Peak’s #1 agent in 2005, 2006, and 2007.

Other honors include being named as one of the Top 25 Dynamic Women in Colorado Springs in 2002 and the Top 25 People in Real Estate in Colorado Springs in 2002, and a founding member of The Elite 25 luxury real estate networking group.
