A magnificent golf course, brand new convention center and riding stables are all designed with the high-class style the Broadmoor is known for.
A large portion of the southwest area is occupied by Fort Carson and NORAD, making it an ideal location for military families to call home. The Pikes Peak Community College Main Campus is located in this neighborhood as well. The southwest community is located only 45 miles from Canon City on Highway 115.
